I'm hoping to compile a list of all my comics and try to sell them off soon. But I also collected comic cards when i was growing up and have more of these than i do comics. Cards like:

Is there any market for these? I have almost full sets, i dont think i ever completed a full one but a few are 90+% complete.

Does anyone know of a price guide for the cards? I cant seem to find one online.

See if a local retailer has Non-Sport Update magazine, or you can order from amazon or maybe ebay. It's supposed to cover comic cards and has a price guide in each issue.

More portable, easier to show people and wouldn't make you look like a bigger comic-dork than you were?
I know that was why i did :o

I gave mine away long time ago. Sorry, can't be of much use. But if i was 14, i'd tell my parents to buy it off you :mamoru:

    Marvel Universe Series 3-4
    Marvel Masterpieces Series 1-2
Spiderman Cards (Yeah he got a collection of his own)

Then bits and pieces of Flair Series 1-2, X-men, etc.

Also got a collection (and played) Wildstorm Trading Card (I still kinda want to play these).

No market and good luck on selling your comics, I have 10-12 comic boxes filled with comics and cards I'd be lucky to get $100 for everything...wish I had sold everything before ebay came about, instead I listened to my dad and kept them :hsd:

Hey, maybe in 50 years that shit will be worth something. New characters could become huge hits and the next captain america, and you'll have the first run of it that sells for mucho dinero.

I don't think any current stuff will ever really appreciate, unless maybe there is an extremely popular comic to come out that is limited to only a hundred issues.

Once ebay came out the idea of "rare" changed quite a bit. Hell I remember my superman #75 "platinum" bagged was selling for $500 a week after release, I paid I think $2.95 for it, and my regular black bagged's were selling for $75+/ea...worth nothing now. I'm just glad I had a decent shop owner back then, a lot of my buddies got their issues taken out of their boxes and had to pay the $75 price or wait for the reprint.
