    anyone have/fire one of these?

i got it from my mom and can't find too much info on it...the name is Colt .22 but apparently there was some early advertising under the Colt Cadet name

the mag kept failing today at the range. From what i gather the gun had been sitting with the mag fully loaded for probably 10 years...i'm guessing that's a bad thing? :big grin:

Have you tried to dismantle the mag?

Sounds like it needs new mag springs.

I've honestly never seen/heard of that pistol. Looks neat.

it may, it felt like the slide was getting caught though. that stopped after i lubed it. I believe it uses the same mag as a woodsman and they are pretty easy to come by
