For those of you in college with fridges, what do you keep in your fridge for quick solid bulking/whatever breakfasts before you head off to class in the morning?

Or what do you keep in your fridges for morning food on those days you don't have enough time to trek to the dining hall/wherever?

I plan my days out so I can make it to the dining hall for breakfast - egg whites cooked to my liking FTW.

however, on the days I can't - walmart sells premade egg patties. they're frozen. I'll fire up a couple of those guys with some oats or something

although im not in your situations, i personally think oatmeal + protein shake, maybe drop a egg or two in there if youre not afraid of diseases or whatever.

This summer and this semester (currently abroad in HK) I've been having oatmeal and a shake. Before, I used to eat a bowl of oatmeal, a cup of lowfat plain yogurt, a cup of frozen blueberries, and 5 egg whites.

    quick breakfast sandwich:

scramble two eggs and pour them into a container big enough so there is about 1/4 of eggs at the bottom (you might want to lightly spray pam on the container). Put them in the microwave for 1:15 or so at 50-70% power. You'll have to play around with it but what you want it just a solid "patty". You can also play around with just the whites or whatever. Throw the patty(s) on some wheat toast and put a couple slices of ham on top w/ cheese, etc.
