i exercise properly/lift 5x a week. thats not my problem. all im asking is advice from people in college who are doing the same as me. surely youre not telling me to quit altogether, simply because im forced to eat a bit less than before.

i guess "limited" was poor choice of wording. makes it sounds like i have nothing to eat.

all im saiying is that i cant eat the required 'bulk" food anymore, not that im starving and in need of a meal.

my university has a site that has cals/fat/protein/carbs per food they serve in the cafeteria's. I usually go to the places on campus that have all you can eat and keep track using the website

What kind of "limited" diet are we talking about? I'm REALLY skinny and I need to pull around 2500-3000 w/ my high metabolism to make any gains

I'll eat usually a 600-700 calorie breakfast, 600 calorie lunch, a 300 calorie snack, 600 calorie dinner, and then my 800 calorie weight gain shake at the end of the night. Plus or minus.

hit up mcdonalds, fuck son just get the callories and get it done, eating good in a dorm or on campus is going to be near fucking impossible, Unless you live in a house or an apartment with a kitchen, you are pretty much fucked.

    Eat alot of food!

it is pretty much that simple

Stockpile protein bars, water, beef jerky, tuna, almonds, dry milk, eggs (eat them raw), underneath your bed in your dorm room.

lots of tins of fish helps me.

Plus buying protein drinks, getting lots of chicken stuff from the dorm. Just be sure to be over your limit. Currently im getting results from 3500-3700c.
