I dont know how your dinig halls work but when I was in school they used to have a grill area with tons of nasty greasy food, but you could just order grilled chicken breasts, they gave you a weird look, but whatever.

also, do they have a salad bar? Most salad bars not only have salad but have hard boiled eggs and some sort of chopped meat

salad bars are usually just salad.

I think im just gonna have to start bringing tuppaware containers to the dining hall and smuggling food out

    Yeah good luck.

I spent an entire summer cutting like 50lbs then transfered to a bigger school and lived in the dorms on a small budget.

Had to eat cheap and I put back on like 20lbs

I dunno, here we can use meal plans on just about anything so it's not really a problem... Huge selection.

Yeah I go to a small state school too. The all you can eat dining halls are ok I guess. Often have some decent chicken thing as the entree or you can always order grilled chicken on the grill. Salad is sually available.

For lunch I stack up on chicken soft tacos at the T bell express.

i eat alot of salad from our college's salad bar. they have a few good protein items, i usually throw a bunch of chicken on it, kidney beans. and they have cottage cheese and stuff too.

they also have a deli section where you can make your own sandwich packed with meat on some nice wheat bread =D

Not drinking is the biggest/ hardest part :/ Do you have dorm kitchens or anything? I find just doing the prep yourself helps a ton with diet.

Sunflower Nutts are cheap, like a 1.30 a bag, albertsons has chicken for a 1.50 a lb sometimes. So if you had a fridge and a microwave you would set :bigthumb:
