coffee makes me shit my brains out

    so i've found a nice pre-bike pick me up.

    1 cup boiling water, 2 bags green tea steep for 4 mins, 1 cup milk, 1 scoop protein. add the milk and protein (pre-mixed) after pulling the bags from the water.

    yum.

    i used to take a caffeine pill every morning with my multi after breakfast but just stopped buying them when i ran out.

    vanilla.

    i use silk vanilla soymilk but i'm allergic to dairy.

    Everyone shits a lot when they drink coffee if they're not used to it. Start having a cup a day and after a week or two you will be fine.

    Of course, if you current method works then by all means keep it up.

    not at all.. too used to caffeine.. take 400+mg easy w/ no side effects. It's the eph that gets me.. not in an enema way though :hs:

    Half the reason I drink coffee is for the massive pie filling like shit I take after a few sips :dunno:
