coffee / expresso after a meal?

    What is the verdict on this... it does help digestion especially after a fatty meal, but also would it lower essential nutrient / protein absorption?

    I don't see how it would lower nutrient absorption...caffeine does increase gastric secretions though so it would help digestion.

    I always drink coffee after a large meal. It just makes me feel better. I digest the food faster and I take a shit sooner therefore feeling much better and less bloated. I've experimented with this and coffee after a large meal undoubtably has you feeling better much sooner.

    As for the decreased iron and calcium absorbtion......... I take a daily multi so I don't give a damn.

    Wow, so I have been right all along. Every morning it's tough to stomach a bunch of food but I always have an American espresso and I feel so much better.

    Yep. Whenever I eat Chipotle or something else high in carbs that would typically make me feel bloated a good size cup of starbucks makes me feel 100X better and I digest twice as fast.
    It also helps prevent food coma.

    I heard coffee / espresso after a meal gives you the look of waxed eyebrows. I heard it makes you look like a lesbian too.

    the verdict is yes, it will lower the digestibility of all the semen you consume
