    I've been taking Spring Valley Cod Liver Oil

    I get the 12 oz bottle from Wal-Mart. Its about $8.

    Couldn't find a pic of the supplement facts online so here's what's in it:

    Serving Size: 1 tablespoon
    Servings Per Container: 23

    Calories: 60
    Calories from fat: 40
    Total Fat: 4.5g
    Saturated Fat: 1g
    Cholesterol: 20mg
    Total Carbs: 5g
    Vitamin A: 4556 IU (91% RDA)
    Vitamin D: 430 IU (108% RDA)

    Total Omega-3 Fatty Acids: 900mg
    EPA: 516mg
    DHA: 344mg

    Other ingredients: Filtered water, cod liver oil, glycerin, sorbitol, soy lecithin, cellulose, orange flavors, tragacanth gum resin, apple pectin, alpha tocopherol, ascorbyl palmitate, beta carotene

    It tasted pretty terrible initially but now that I'm used to it, its not bad at all.

    Be aware that you can poison yourself with Vitamin A fairly easily so you don't want to take more than 1 serving per day.

    Many people are Vitamin D deficient, especially in the winter when we are not outdoors much.

    Some of the information I have seen online recommends switching to fish oil in the summer if you are outdoors a lot.

    I'll also probably start taking fish oil with it for even more EFAs.

    you are a brave man. I quickly switched to fish oil pills :rofl:

    fish oil doesn't have Vitamin A and Vitamin D though

    I used to always do salmon oil capsules

    Also I'm one of the pickiest eaters of all time so if I can take this stuff anyone can.

    It was seriously horrible at first but after a couple weeks I got used to it and its not bad at all.
