Or drink muscle milk.
But doesn't it also have tons of sugar?
so does garlic.. yum
so does green tea
sweet, time to start cycling on garlic & coconut oil smoothies
depends on if you buy it with or without sugar.
+1 for this .. has many good MCTs in there
when cooking with coconut oil or any other at that, especially when frying, you will first burn off the healthier oils leaving the more negative saturated ones....'
also increases test and boosts imune function, just use it in place of other oils
does MM light have MCTs?
Light is for women and is a smaller service of regular muscle milk. get the low carb..
I IV garlic and coconut oil. I call it my TEST mix.
i wonder of coconut milk has the same effect? i picked some up at the grocery store the other night, to see if it messes up my stomach like regular milk does.
so far i've noticed that:
regular milk gives me gas + bloating but farts that don't smell
coconut milk gives me gas + NO bloating but farts that smell TERRIBLE. like i can't be in the room with my own farts.
mcdonalds shakes used to do that to me.
I was referring to MM, but I'm wrong about that too anyways
coconut liquid of a mature coconut will be mostly fat, and white like milk, it is not milk technically.
coconut liquid of a young coconut is all sugar..
usually coconut flakes (shaved 'meat' of the coconut) will be mostly sugar
so there is proof if sugar is unused in your body it turns to fat..
yes. if you are a coconut.
motor oil raises testosterone
If people consume more carbohydrates than they need at the time, the body stores some of these carbohydrates within cells (as glycogen) and converts the rest to fat. Glycogen is a complex carbohydrate that the body can easily and rapidly convert to energy. Glycogen is stored in the liver and the muscles. Muscles use glycogen for energy during periods of intense exercise. The amount of carbohydrates stored as glycogen can provide almost a day's worth of calories. A few other body tissues store carbohydrates as complex carbohydrates that cannot be used to provide energy.
yea might as well post as you cant tell who is sarcastic and who is a moron..
