What's the website to order Coc grippers and do they ship to Canada?

Also could someone recommend some good wrist/grip exercises? The whole wrist curl thing just doesn't seem to work too well for me.

    Last deadlift = 225x10, 275x2, 325x1
    COC trainer or No. 1?

Its so you can easily train just a couple fingers at a time. Probably not since you can usually do the same thing with a normal gripper by changing hand position.

Reworded my last question. Just wondering if elbows bending past 180 degrees when deadlifting/shrugging is bad.

Also, trainer or level 1? Deadlift today was 225x10, 275x2, 325x1 (grip owns me)

    Get both if you can.

As for hyperextending joints, I would assume it's dangerous but don't really know anything about it.

    IronMind-THUG :mamoru:

It's also good for dynamic pinching, since pinching the COC :naughty: grippers is tough shit.

Anyone else have opinions? I'd prefer to only get 1 gripper (cost reasons)

If I get a NO.1 can i practice on it until I can close it or would I need a trainer to get it trained properly? (assuming i suck @ no.1)

closing the tainer out of the box isnt a crazy feat but its on somethign regularly done. I would most definately get the trainer too.

Bob Youngs uses them, he can close the #3 for reps

There are a lot of people who dont use them who can do the same thing.

Its a pointless and repetative training tool. Just step down a gripper or two and set it deep and just use two fingers to close it.

    Thanks for the input.

    I ordered trainer+No.1

I have a feeling I won't even be able to close the trainer at first
