Is it ok to use more than 1 coat of wax? I ask becuase i dont want to strip the wax on there at the moment.

Also, if i may ask, what is a good non wax containing carwash soap.

Product/detailng EDU list contains car wash soap suggestions.

A 2nd coat of wax is fine, always best to allow 24 hours for the 1st coat to cure. I'd also suggest rewashing before the 2nd coat, even if the car still looks clean. That way you won't have any oils from the first coat on the surface of the paint which can cause smearing and dark streaks when you apply the 2nd coat.
