    Why do medical researchers have such different findings and opinions than information you find via tnation or even OTFN?

    So the article says that adding more mass which requires more energy to sustain itself doesn't raise metabolism, which is the rate at which you consumer energy? That is fucking retarded, you have to realize that you can not believe everything you read INCLUDING medical studies.

    I saw it in the sports psychology newsletter I'm receiving from the American Psychological Association. I wanted to send a nice reply saying that we're not sure what the kind of exercise is and if they compared some types of exercise and same thing goes for the diet.

    it was 50 mins of aerobic exercise 5 times a week for 24 weeks...nothing high intensity, which is where i think the flaw is

    Wait...was this the form of exercise they were also assuming would build muscle?? Considering no where in the article is resistance training mentioned.
