I am getting ready to order a M1 Garand (going to rebarrel), and Im going to pick up some ammo. I see they have Greek and LC, the Greek comes on clips already, so I am leaning towards buying that.
Anything wrong with the Greek stuff?

sweet. thinking about just taking a road trip to the CMP North store and taking my pick of what is available. I hear they have better than rack grade if you go in person.

When I ordered mine, only that was available. I won't complain either way. I still feel that I got a good price.

If I remember right, the greek stuff is corrosive, so make sure you run a patch of windex or Rusty Duck patches thru the ole girl after you're done shooting.

Weve got a huge steel ammo tub full of Springfield armory WWII bandoliers, a whole bunch of boxes of 60s Austrian manuf 30-06 and a crate full of the Greek bandoliers. Although Im not going to use the WWII stuff the rest should last me atleast a few years

Anyone have any info on the Austrian stuff? I cant even find any for sale online. Must be rare or all used up by now
