i hate when this happens... you find something that works out and you get all these random "warnings" about what not to do (probably stuff u already do). i take 5g of monohydrate before/after workouts, works very well. first time i bought it, i started mixing it with water. then i was told to take it with some carbs, b/c the rush will help transort it better to your cells, but NO ORANGE JUICE, B/C IT WILL BREAK THE CMH DOWN! or w/e... now i hear cranberry juice, warm water, ice water, FOOD (wtf?), dont eat before/after, eat a lot before/after... now i just take it with gatorade. ...i know what works for me is most important, but im not rich and CMH is not cheap. just wanted to ask the experts what scientifically makes sense.
