Anyone ever dye any shirts or sweatshirts? Like one base color?

I have a gray shirt and somehow it came out fo the wash with very large blrown blotches on the front, it almost seems as if bleech got on it but I'm not sure how.

I'm now wanting to just dye the entire shirt white.

1.) Do they have white clothing dye.
2.) If it is bleech on it, will it dye that white w/ the rest of the shirt.
3.) Does kmart sell anything like this?

I doubt you will be able to get it to go white. There is a good chance that it could change to some strange color too. I had a brown hat years ago that got bleached by accident, it came out purple!

If it were me, and I really wanted to change its color, I would either the entire shirt black or some other dark color to attempt to hide the marks.

Pick a solid dark color (black, navy blue, etc)..

Walmart has the die in the detergent aisle.

They sell washing machine dies for clothing in dark colors...blues and blacks (I've even seen Red!). I've never seen white. And I've never supported redying clothes.
