Clothed Progress Pics. 310lbs to 250lbs.

    I'll post up my other ones at the one year. This was around 310lbs at the Cincy ProAm. Squatted 900 then bombed out in the bench. Next was Vegas a few months later at 290. Last was this past weekend being fed some, uh, high fiber... sprout... organic... high protein waxy maize cake. Sitting right at 250. Though I won't be for long if I ever eat like I did on Sunday again.

    My gf just sent me those pics and its the first time I've been like, holy shit I've lost 60lbs. Figured I'd post em up.

    everything feels better. I'm still fairly strong at the gym, though I'm not really doing any "powerlifting movements" Can still rep 315 on flat and incline, declined 405 not too long ago. Was repping 500 on squat til I destroyed my hip. Can pull over 6.

    Biggest difference has been sleep quality. My snoring has been cut down by by like 75%.

    What did you do to lower your weight? Diet? Cardio? Run from people trying to fight you while wearing your affliction shirt? All of the above?

    WTH man, I thought you said affliction shirts were gay and overpriced? I know you want to be like me but damn, lose all the weight and then wear the same clothes I do? Are you stalking me?

    pretty much all of the above. diet was the key, obviously. Very strict during the week and relaxed a bit on the weekend. Still drank 1-2 nights a week. Loaded up on glucorell and sesapure. I was doing cardio to get everything started but I'm so damn busy right now its either weights or cardio, so I picked weights. Dropped the rest time between sets and get my shit finished in 45ish minutes.

    Schedule is opening up so I'll be adding more cardio back in on the road to 230-240.

    Thanks guys, I'm pretty proud of this and only want to get leaner.
