Closed my thread?

    I dont know why, but some mod closed my "getting buff without protein" thread.. which i should of said "getting buff without excessive protein intake".. my mistake.. i just think its BS that the thread was closed. Its a shame that people arent even gonna open their minds on a different idea. But here i will post progress pictures..

    Weighting in at 137.. started "dieting" yesterday.. by dieting i mean just eating 4 times a day.. no protein shakes, no tuna, no supplements. Started doing pushups on a chair, back presses? (like dips), and curls with 10 lb water bottle. will be getting a power rack, adjustable bench, dumbbell, and olympic bar next week..

    i've been in the game for a while, ssson.. just took 2 1/2 years off completely. ask me anything and i can probably answer it, coming from a skinny asian man. ;)

    keep in mind.. i havent touched a weight in 2 years! im just kind of warming up, get the body moving again. dont want to get oversore, so im going to keep it light and progress my way up.

    i suggest everyone gets a power rack at home, even a beginner! all you really need for a complete gym is a power rack, adjustable bench, a bar, and some dumbbells and your pretty much set! bench press, shoulder press, squats, pull ups, dips, can all be done by this simple rack. some cables would be nice too but not needed.

    and pretty much have a lifetime membership to 24 hr. fitness

    my mistake.. i will be taking in protein, but just not excessive amounts. no protein powder, no tuna from the can, no egg whites and mustard (haha! that was horrible!), no leanest steaks possible, no boiled skinless chicken breast with hot sauce. im not gonna watch my carbs or anything either.. just eat.

    i might join when i get a little bigger.. :hsd:

    plus whenever im at the gym, i feel a need to show off and lift heavy ass weights, that leads to not the most perfect form. plus i chat too much and spend too damn long in there.

    No one here gives 2 shits what you say you're going to do or even what you do. Just do it, get stronger/bigger, document it, and write about it after you've taken some action and seen results.
    You sound like a damn fool coming in here spouting words about how you're not going to eat this and not going to eat that. If you gain 40lbs of pure muscle eating nothing but frozen birthday cakes from July 1978 then congratu-fucking-lations.
