So I'm thinking of moving out east when I'm done with college. Does anybody know where I can read cliff note versions of all the gun laws out on the atlantic coast? Thanks.

PA is cool. No wait period, no classes, no purchase permits.

Yup, if you have a choice, avoid, MA, NY, NJ, RI, CT, MD and I think DE. Most of the others are pretty good. VA, NC, SC, GA and FL are really gun friendly. Also NH and VT are good too if you can handle going north.

Or just go to one of those maps of the last election and avoid all the states that voted Dem. Its pretty solid along those lines.

I think vwpilot's list about sums it up. I know that the VA and WV permits are fairly widely recognized by other states (reciprocity). WV and VA permits are honored by every state they border except for the communist state of MD. PA to the south but not so much to the north.
