Clen cycle questions

    Hey Everyone,

    I'm thinking of going on a 10 day Clen cycle 20/20/40/40/60/60/40/40/20/20. I got everything I need (potassium etc.), I already drink about 2 gallons of water a day, but I have two questions:

    1:How do I get the reccommended Taurine?
    2:Will this do anything? I'm just looking to cut a little fat, I do an hour of cardio a day, and it would be my first time on Clen. For background, I'm 5'10" about 205-210 depending on the day.....Thanks in advance

    Just getting back into the gym after a 2 month layoff, so I would imagine it's up around 20% right now.

    You can get taurine at any place like bulknutrition.com or custom nutrition warehouse. You really need that plus potassium to prevent the cramps during clen use.

    As with any supplement, results are going to depend on the individual...some people greatly prefer clen to an EC stack, reporting milder side effects, less crash, and better fat loss. Others would rather stick to the tried-and-true EC.

    YOu need to diet before you even touch clen. Otherwise you're going to gain that shit back. 20% is HIGh.

    Btw your clen cycle is shit.

    don't even have a set dosage until you find out how you react to it. I seriously doubt that 60 would even have an effect though

    also, have you looked into the side effects of clen? IMO it's not worth it

    20% is pretty fat. It should be easy to lose weight without clen. if you are set on using supplements, ec is good because it doesn't have to be cycled.

    Have you taken it so you know what side effects YOU get? I haven't had any real problems with it but I take the right precautions. If something doesn't feel right you quit.

    so you're going to feel the onset of CHF (congestive heart failure)? no.

    It's long term effects have been unclear, and I have read plenty of studies out there that will support this (no, I'm not looking for them)

    You should probably get lower in the BF% and try something like this:

    Day1: 20mcg
    Day2: 40mcg
    Day3: 60mcg
    Day4: 80mcg
    Day5: 80mcg
    Day6-Day12: 100mcg
    Day13: 80 mcg
    Day14: 60 mcg


    And read the clen FAQ in the F&N archives...

    You're not going to get chf from taking 1 fucking cycle of clen.

    the dosages of clen one would need to take to get CHF would amount to something like 500-600 mcg of clen, granted, Ive seen some people take this much, but at 160 mcg im shaking like micheal j fox so I dont see why anyone would need to go higher than that.

    his studies are probably from teh article on rats that got around 1000mcg or so.

    well I don't recommend it to anyone. I think the sides far outweigh the benefits

    Cramping, eyes, heart, long term effects not clear, SHAKES!!! etc vs anti catabolism

    I have done 1 2 week cycle of it, and never going to touch the shit again. The shakes sucked, I honestly couldn't write for that time + another week afterwards. Supplemented taurine 2g, potassium 800mg

    I had no cramps, no eye problems etc... This is my second cycle of clen. I did exactly as is stated above cycle wise. NO shakes. I'm now taking hubei clen and taking 100mcg on day 7 today and get mild shakes. But it doesn't bother me. SHit works so roll with it.

    well if you think it's worth it, enjoy it. I'm just putting in my 2 cents and expressing that I don't feel it's worth the risk

    Even some of the most experienced steroid users avoid fat loss stims like this for a reason. Pur would be a perfect example, I remember him saying that he stopped using all this shit because he was beginning to have a heart problem?

    He got palps while taking it. But that was HIM. Everyone reacts differently to different things. YOu never know how your body is going to react until you try something. I know of at least 20 people off the top of my head that are taking clen right now and not having any issues other than shakes. But I understand where you are coming from.

    true my friend gets the shakes off 20mcg. Worse shakes then me off 100mcg.

    Some of you guys are truly retarded when it comes to supplements like this. Most of you guys have no idea how these supplements work or how they affect other tissues in the body, and make retarded blanket statements like "oh, you'd need at least 10x the normal dose to see sides." Its a wonder half you people are fucking alive.

    I thought about taking Clen for a while to shed excess bf, but after just a little research, I decided its not even close to worth the risk. At 20% bf, you could easily shed a lot of that with just diet + lifting. If you are really set on taking a shortcut, run EC or YC for a couple of weeks.
