Buddy works for MCI, formerly WorldComm and soon to be Verizon. On his company laptop (XP), he wants to clear out the files he has viewed when he opens the "RUN" command. It still has DVD's he looked at months ago and they are NWS. He said Verizon might not like that. How do you clear that list out of previously viewed titles that is in that dropdown menu?

    1. Right-click on the taskbar.
    2. Choose the "Properties" option in the menu that appears.
    3. Choose the "Start Menu" tab in the window that appears.
    4. Click on the "Customize" button near the bottom of the window.
    5. Click on the "Clear" button near the middle of the window that appears.
    6. Close both windows.

    Done.
