What is an easy way to clear out a computer and OS when it has Win XP on it. For some reason when I was loading Win WP it got messed up and now I have to OS on it. And I tried to do a complete re-load and a fix on them both but it wont delete 1 so I still always have 2. And there is a bunch of crap on there that just needs to be deleted. I know you can do F-disk on older OS's but I am pretty sure it wont work. So what should I do.

Also I have some disks made that are bootable like I was starting w/ nothing.

You don't want to do a fix, just do a fresh install and everything will be wiped out when you reformat.

*Edit: A fix will leave both OS's intact.

    And fdisk works fine.

I did do a fresh install and it stays the same, then I changed to a fix to see if it did anything different. I did a complete overload....Not an upgrade.
