the clearcoat is comming off of my wheels, and the brake dust wolnt come off in some places (its an ugly brown color)

should I go about trying to get the clear coat off, and painting them, or should i leave them alone?

Im just afraid of fucking them up, and I have no way to take the tires off, so can anyone suggest something I can do?

I looked up the wheels, and they want $500/wheel, i said screw that.

    thanks for any help

You should be able to find a shop that does wheel refinishing. Usually runs around $100 or so per wheel for them to strip them, blast bead and recoat.
