I just got new clear corners on my car and the old one's had clear bulbs with an amber corner, can I use the clear bulbs with a clear corner or do I need amber bulbs?

Amber bulbs to be legal in most states.

you can use clear bulbs, but be prepared to get hassled if you get pulled over

It's only turn signals though, my actual corners are still Amber, the setup is weird.

I've got amber bulbs in both sockets, so I get clears in the daytime and JDM orange at night.
