Those are crazy. I'm seriously affraid to do those. I don't want the weight dropping on my head.

injuries are more likely with cleans
i never got to learning the snatch technique.. we did power cleans and hang cleans all over the place during training though - love them but difficult to ge tthe form perfect consistently
I'd love to learn how to snatch, but unfortunatly I don't even think my DB snatch form is that great...

Your shoulders won't be sore unless the bar is landing on them hard. It's not a shoulder exercise.
Slight dip to catch the weight. A (full) clean is where you drop into the full squat position to catch the weight.
I've been doing the Jerk & Clean
all depends what you do on what day. on a pull day you can do Power cleans. on a push day you could work on the jerk part of a power clean with parallel and split stances. all depends on what do you work stuff.

They're sorta like an explosive deadlift with a shrug at the top... so either back day or whenever you do deadlifts.

yes..hopefully my recent incorporation of power cleans will assist in the creation of the elusive "cannon ball delts."

Cleans don't really do much for your delts. Great for your upper back though (snatches even moreso).
Do the power clean and press.
