Alright well the seats in my car are suede/alcantara. They've gotten some stuff on them and I was wondering what is the best way to get it out.

I didn't really want to try anything in fear of ruining pretty damn expensive seats.

    Any ideas?

Woolite and water, just like with regular leather. If it is gentle enough for sweaters (and sweater puppies!) it will be fine on suede.

    Any kind of special technique?

    I WAS gonna steam clean them...think thats a good idea? I've got a mini-steam-cleaner.

    Steam cleaning would work too.
