long story short, drunk ass friend threw up in my car all over the back seat.... it is mostly of perforated black leather. we cleaned up most of it with rags but there is dried gunk in the actual holes which i have no idea how to get out... plus whatever the fuck might be underneath... how do i deal with this?

Spray, scrub and while still wet, use a wetvac on it. Should get most of it out.

I will never let anyone who is drunk ride in my car, btw.

Toothbrush. Oral-B CrossAction brushes do a good job of getting in crevices.
