Yeah, I know they're ugly. I'm trying to fix up a Grand Marquis to sell, so :fawk:

    Any tips?

Also, Scott, what is your opinion on the California water blade thing?

A Mercury Grand Marquis? You have my sympathy!. Does yours have the de Sade option? Ha ha! :p

I usually use upholstry shampoo and a stiff brush. You may have to really work at it to get all the imbedded grime. You can also use dish soap, but make sure you rewax the car, because dish soap will remove wax.

When it is clean and ready to be dressed, use a lot of dressing, let it sit for about 10 minutes, then buff off the excess with a clean towel-excess dressing will attrack dirt and dust.
