I am sure there is something already posted but I can't search anymore . I have started to cut/trim body fat but am still looking for optimal muscle growth. I was wondering what kind of whey protein product you guys recommend for those who don't want the added gains. I have been using N-large 2 but that is a bulking product (after looking at the ingredients). Has anyone used Metabolic Whey ?

any normal whey that doesn't have anything extra like fat (muscle milk) or malto/dextrose (N-large) should be fine. ON, EAS, etc

Muscle milk is fine for cutting.

He was asking for whey that didn't have any extra calories. I'm tired of trying to explain the flaws in people's logic, so now I just answer what they ask ;)
