This is the new diet I follow from the time I get home from work.

    Before gym

    Bowl of oatmeal
    Bowl of yogurt
    Milk

    After gym

    Bowl of oatmeal
    Can of tuna
    8 liquid egg whites
    Milk

    Supper

    1/3rd box of pasta w/sauce
    Can of tuna
Usally a cup of wine (I know I know)
    8 liquid egg whites
    Milk

    Before supper

    Bowl of oatmeal
    8 liquid egg whites
    Milk
2 or 3 ounces of chicken

I'm looking for a solid 1 to 2.5 pounds of clean mass a month. Do you think it's possible? I can't do the junk food, it kills my appitite, makes me tired and keeps me full to long.

It's either chicken or tuna at every sitting (more often chicken that tuna). I dont know why I put tuna down for every meal, prob because I was eating it while I was typing.

You should be eating at least a 1.5-2 lbs of lean cut beef per day & at least 5 ounces of potatoes per meal. And the 5-6 meals per day rule still applies.

+1 on all the oatmeal. You'll be so sick of it...

I eat it every morning for last month or two, and I'm close to never eating it ever again.. :hsd:

I find it tastes better with a couple of teaspoons of ground cinnamon and 1 packet of splenda.
