    Long time lurker here,don't post that often. My name Xavier. Been lifting since this past sept. I took december off because I got hurt and also took Feb of for not reason at all.
    Currently I'm about 240lbs @ 5'9. Usually my weight is around 220 but my diet went to shit in Feb.
    My goals for 2010:
    200lbs body weight
    405 deadlift
    405 squat

    Current where I'm at
    238lbs
    315 x 6 squat
    365 x 2 deadlift (grip is gone after that)

    Current diet is usually: breakfast: 1/2 oat w/milk and 1 scoop of protein powder mixed in

    Lunch: 3 whole eggs , 2 slices of turkey , 2 tortillas
    Snack: 2scoops protein w/milk
    Dinner: piece of chicken breast or tilapia w/veggies

    Before bed: some cottage cheese and some milk
