Is there such a thing? I love the 5.45mm round, and I like the idea of the 74. Could someone point me in the right direction?

I saw an Arsenal Inc. SLR-105R at a gun show in December. I was seriously considering buying it for $550, but after alot of thinking, and realization that I only had about $580, I had to decline.

The Afghan mujadeen (sp) that were shot with one of these rounds by the Russians during their tragic stay there called them "poison" bullets. The full-powered air-space-in-the-nose military rounds caused horrible infections on a pass-through, and ghastly gaping wounds in a tumbling, fragmenting, center-of-torso impact that seemed to NEVER need surgery, cause they were DRT (dead-right-there.)

To the best of my knowledge, that good Russian military ammo is not allowed in this country, and if you own one of these rifles, you're stuck with the lower powered, much less effective Wolf or Wolf - clone ammo, and that's why they haven't sold very well.
