I know mike got into it recently--anyone else?

Stack it (if so, with what), or is it good on its own?

    Side effects?

    Good/bad?

Sounds like a lot of people have had it help with elbows/shoulders/arms, but I'm looking for something to help with knees :hs:

Mike, has there been a noticable difference for you since you started?

how in the hell did you tear the sheath? that muscle really doesn't aid in pronation/supination...it does extension and adduction of the wrist.

I dunno if it really does anything.

    I'm taking 800mg/day.

Knee pain has been lower, but so have the weights I've been using.

Also, not sure if its the cissus or the nolvadex, but I've been shooting wads that would rival peter north lately. If thats the cissus, thats a sweet side effect.

    Hmmm... two caps is 1225mg.
And 4 caps per day was recomended so... 2450mg. I upped it to 3 caps twice per day... so 3675mg. Did you buy it in bulk?

Yeah, bulk powder and capped it myself in #1 caps, 400mg/cap.

Might up the dose. But really, I'm skeptical of just about every suppliment these days since my body requires extreme doses of anything to be effective (i.e. taking naps on 320 mcg clen per day.lol).

I upped the dose because I wasn't feeling anything on 4 caps per day.
In the middle of my second bottle right now.

Also still taking fishoils, glucosamine and also recently started HA (hyaluronic acid) as well for my joints.

swingin up a db for shoulder presses.. sheath tore, tendon dislocated..and then everytime i'd rotate my wrist, POP..dislocation. this happened on 9/23.. still hurts to pronate/suppinate it to the most extreme (typically) normal angles.. cant hold a lot of weight in that hand right now either.. everytime it started to heal, i would lift again and fuck it up - so i'm just gonna let it be now.. i wear a basic brace everyday.. though it doesnt keep me from rotating it, it stops me from using it as much.

i was in a cast for 2 weeks, but i couldnt handle it anymore.. so fucking uncomfortable; i needed to be casted all the way to the elbow in order to prent suppination of the wrist

    From a reputable source!

And tested at about 95% purity to boot!

guess i didnt keep my wrist tensed up enough when i was swinging the db over my head (65 lb) and i felt a pain, nothing too bad.. that night it was killing me and i couldnt rotate my lower arm about the elbow without excruciating pain..

that sucks. i better watch out next time :noes:

btw my left shoulder used to "crack" alot when i would move it and now after about 3 weeks of cissus, the "crack" stopped and i rarely get pain in my left shoulder. Doing pullups doesn't irritate either but it used to before my cissus dose.

I'll just have to be careful to keep it locked.
