I just ordered one too like a minute ago. :eek3:

I'm using U of M's Cingular Premier account so I can get the nation 450 plan for 33.99

I also got media net for 19.99. I hope it goes through. :x:

Scratch that. T-Mobile made me an offer I couldn't refuse so I had to cancel Cingular. I still can't wait.

can you guys post some pictures of it so i can get an idea of its size relative to other phones? I'm really wanting to get this, but I'm stuck between the 8125 or the 2125. The 2125 is the same size as my siemens s66. I don't want to feel as if I'm holding up a graphing calculator to my ear to make a phone call.

that's the same thing I was worried about until I played w/ one in the Cingular store. it's not that bad IMO. I love the little phone to death but ActiveSync is pissing me off.

It's a good size for everything it offers.Would take a pic but my digicam is jacked up.
It's as wide as a credit card and less than 1.5 credit card in length.about 2inches thick..it rocks so far:).....how do I get the wifi to work.I can connect to my network, but can't get a page to load..I get the error msg: lost connection or some crap...but my laptop works just fine, help a 8125 brotha out:o

are you starting off next to your router just to make sure the signal is strongest?

also - I don't know if this could cause problems or not - but I'd turn up the performance under wireless lan to "best performance". it may be turning off wifi to conserve juice :dunno:

Here's some info I found on Howard Forums. I included a quote that seems most likely related to your problem. HTH!

Roommate got a 8125, really really nice screen, keyboard layout is very good too. Slider mechanism is solid. I would get one if I didn't use... a Mac :)

So I'll wait for the Nokia E61 or Sony Ericsson M600.

So I just found out I'm eligible for Cingular Premiere by putting in my email. I already have an account, can I still use the discount?

Sweet. So do I just order off of the Premier site? Could I go into a store and get the discount?
