Bad for muscle building?
Well since you don't actually inhale them I don't see how they'd affect anything.
Muscle building as such? Probably not.
As for the general health problems associated with smoking, they will not help with you're general health which may in the long run tie in with you're gains.
I remember someone posting a link to that part of marcus ruhl's video where he is shopping as at supermarket and lights up a cig at the end. And ruhl's as big as they get, so it can't be that bad.
And of course, we all know Arnie enjoyed a fine cigar.
An occasional cigar, just to be a pimp, is probably as harmless as having the occasional cheat meal. Smoking 40 a day is a different matter.

the majority of people do not enhale cigars, so how do they affect your lungs?
i know a lot of people who inhale cigars... at least in college they do....ok ...then mouth cancer
