    My goal is to drop down to 180lbs by August 14th. I'm currently at 196lbs and I just took this picture a few minutes ago. I'll throw up a progress picture once a week and I'll keep a detailed log of my diet and workouts.

    Canuckistan - I'm going to do low carb (70 grams of carbs a day) and have 2 carb up days (150 grams of carbs).

    For my workout I just started the bodybuilding one in the sticky. Today I did chest.

    Incline DB
    30lbs x 12

    Flat DB

    Seated Cable Fly

    Pushups

    5

    30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical and 20 minutes of shoulder rehab stuff.

    Here's my what my food intake for the day. The fish was fried in oil so probably another 100 calories tacked on.

    Was going to do shoulders, bi's and tri's.

    My tendinitis was flaring up real bad so I stopped there. Did another 30 minutes of cardio.

    Ate more calories than I wanted, but I kept it fairly cleans.

    Weighed myself this morning and took a picture. Weighed 196.2. I made a mistake in my first post about the weight it should be 196.8 instead of 196.

    Today I was going to give myself a cheat meal for fathers day, but ended up going a bit overboard :hs: Definitely something i need to work on.

    Also ate 3 sugar free popsicles 15 calories each. Went to the gym and did an hour of cardio and some shoulder rehab stuff.

    Also ate 10 blue corn tortilla chips and a salad with tzikit sauce. So add about 200 calories.

    Also jogged for 30 minutes.
