Okay so I just recently decided to get serious about my health and losing some weight. I''m also taking charge of my diet. I've never been a real fan of excericse but I know that it's absolutely vital in losing weight. What are some good excercises I can do to that are interesting, fun and would help me to drop some pounds?:wiggle:

Don't expect results right away and quit when you haven't lost 30 pounds in 2 weeks... Stick with it. Good stuff in the stickies too.

Keep at it, once you start to see a smudge of results you will start to get very motivated. For both exercising and dieting especially, read a lot to get some solid information (the stickies are very helpful). Also, be aware that the little things make a difference, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking the short distance instead of driving, getting 1 sugar and 1 cream in your coffee instead of two; small details make a big difference.

I'm not going for the bodybuilder physique but Arnold's book has tons and tons of exercises and meal plans. I've seen results in a week.
