Chuck me some routines

    just aiming for muscle mass and strength, not interested in emo style 90lb abdominals, or out of proprotion muscles, I'm really going to try building my core strength and legs so lots of squatting and dead lifts,

    anyone have links to some proven routines, I have been thinking of max-ot but low reps have never suited me,

    currently 172 , and probably running 18% bodyfat currently,
