Chrysler is retarded..

Discussion in 'OT Driven' started by cellphonedude, Nov 21, 2006.

  1. why the fuck would they offer 3 available engines for the new Sebring? (2.4, 2.7, 3.5)

also, 3 different available interior fabrics.. regular cloth, "Yes Essentials" stain-resistant shit, and shitty ass leather trimmed.

    heated/cooled cupholders? :coolugh:

i forsee another failure in the Chrysler lineup.. this POS will go the way of the Aspen :mamoru2:

  2. speaking of Aspen..

Aspen is to Durango as Mark LT is to F150 :greddy:

I see nothing wrong with giving consumers a wider variety of options. :dunno:

It's not cost effective when you hold such little marketshare.

its a fucking durango and Chrysler revived a nameplate related to this:

a pre-school class could have come up with a better name.

  16. might not be a bad car, but it wont sell.

i have yet to see one on the road. same goes for the Nitro. even the caliber, which has been out for a few months, i rarely see them.

they JUST came out. I drove one for 4 days in Colorado this past week. Only had 1K on teh odometer when I picked it up. Dropped it off with 2.2K on the odometer. :)

I really liked it except for the steering feedback and the fact that the navigation wasn't touch screen.

  19. are you going to buy one?

True but the "middle" engine is worthless... the 2.4L 4 banger is for economy, the 3.5L V6 is rated at 235hp. The 2.7L rated at 190hp is useless.

Back in the day, Chrysler offered

    2.4L 4 cyl
    3.0L V-6
    3.3L V-6

Only the 3.0 didn't meet the emission requirements of several states. So the V-6 had an optional V-6 only if you lived in certain states.

  25. i take that as a no.

    so my point stands.

these shit piles wont sell, and next year Chrysler will put out even more rebadged shit piles with pointless gimmicks.

Oh, i almost forgot about the Jeep Compass. :greddy2:
