The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe is going to be the first movie in the series, coming out at Christmas. Personally I am really looking forward to it. I read all the books as a kid, and after seeing how great the LOTR movies were, I'm hopeful that they can make the Narnia series awesome as well. Anyone else excited about this movie?

I wish it came out sooner. Movies really suck right now.

Don't know when it started, but I just discovered that the official Narnia site is now up.

Yeah, I read them all about 5 times each when i was a kid, I think I'm going to try and re-read them before the movie comes out. Having the story fresh in my head will make the movie that much more exciting.

Very excited for the movie, but I hope they do the entire series. I would love to Prince Caspian and the Horse and His Boy done.

I actually just finished reading the books last week for the first time ever. They're still enjoyable :)

Read away, the books rock. As I mentioned I'm planning on re-reading the whole series before the movie comes out. If anyone saw that bootleg of the trailer a couple days ago, it looks like the movie is going to be really sweet.

I was pretty blown away by the full (non-bootleg version) trailer....anyone else see it on TV or before the new Star Wars movie? If so, what did you think?
