    Details
    started after i got my bloodwork done and it showed high cholesterol and just felt like shit all the time. i used to smoke but still managed a bunch of 5K runs last year (never ran before too), lifting weights, and a little hapkido... diet changes include increase in protein intake, stopped eating chinese food and deep fried food. i cheat with chocolate/ice cream cake here and there. haven't maxed in awhile but will post when i do.
