Anyone else have this? After working out hard for 3 years I cannot workout chest/back/shoulders without getting such a deep ache I woudn't mind but the pain lasts all day and keeps me from getting to sleep I have seen many physios and chiros and doctors and have had an xray so far the best diagnosis seems to say I have an irritated c4/c5 nerve from overuse/injury (I played rugby) I have not worked out for a month now and the pain is definetly much better, I went in today for an arm workout and I am already feeling the back begin to tighten up. I don't think I am doing anything wrong...I watch my form carefully.. Also, since I have stopped working out my upper back cracks like crazy on the left side, around the scapula area, if I don't crack it, it feels very tense. Same thing happening with the right side of my neck. Any advice?
