    Could you replace squats with like box squats and full squats? Im really love the way full squats tear the hell out of your quads :cool:

    Yea I never really felt anything in my quads when doing regular squats

    I've never been flexible to do full squats, i get a bit below parallel but i just can't get my ass to the grass, even with no weight :hs:

    there are other ways of holding it....if you don't feel your quads working in squats to parallel you aren't going deep enough...in the mirror it will look like you are going 6" below parallel, but you are really just getting to the hole

    How should i be standing? I usually stand slightly further than shoulder width apart with feet pointing slightly outwards :dunno:
