    Acutally wondering how everyone is on their routine.

    i've been on this chris's routine and it has made me a base like no other..i wish i did this 5 years ago...no problems with this workout that i can see...

    the trick for me is adding only 5-10lbs gradually...thats what i've been doing and going into my 3rd month:

    squat up 30lbs
    deads up 90lbs - learned correct technique
    bench up 10lbs- its a plus for me.
    bentover rows up 20lbs

    nothing but good results...:bowdown::bowdown:

    Review my log from February up until July (when I hurt my wrist). I made good gains in squat, decent gains on deadlift and bench.

    It worked well for me in the past when I was doing it partially, now I'm doing it almost totally, but without the db press and tri press

    I've been seeing gains in the past 4-5 months.
    Bench: 95 to 165 70lbs
    Squat: 95 to 170 75lbs
    Deads: ~115 to 135 20lbs
    BOR: 70 to 135 65lbs

    I've just started doing deadlifts this month. I know my form is horrible and I could be pulling more, but I don't have anyone to show me proper form. The same thing applys to my squat. It could be better, but my form needs some tweaking. I'm happy with the progress I'm making though. :)

    Since I started christopher's routine in february...
    Squat = 0 -> 375x4
    Deadlift = 0 -> 315x2
    Bench = 205x5 -> 195x5

    are you really going to parallel for your squats? that seems pretty high.

    I've always believe in squatting more often, made killer gains when I did it before, haven't since I was convinced not to... think I'll go back to it

    Nope, I can't hit parallel with anything over 315, but it's not 3/4 squats.

    do you have some medical reason for not hitting parallel? A case of vaginitis perhaps?

    how often did you do it before? 2 or 3 times a week? also, what days did you add it onto (aka back day, chest, etc.)?

    in high school we either alternated, hitting upper and lower 2 or 3 times per week each... or we did 2 of each and a conditioning day

    Compared to his other numbers they seem high. Is your squat that much more than your DL?
