5 more pounds than your max was monday?
If you could do 300lbs X 5 on monday, do 305lbs X 3 on Friday. Then on the following monday, try 305lbs X 5
With christophers routine can I swap the bench and the squat around?
As my bench numbers are really down compared to my dead lifts.
bench 90kg @ 4rpm
squat 130kg @ 4rpm
dead 140kg @ 3-4 rpm
or is the purpouse of the whole routine to do squats twice?
Your bench numbers should be atleast that much lower than your deadlift numbers.
You get flat bench, incline bench, and dips or shoulder press all in one week...what more do you need?

I can do them easily but i'm only 75kg.
do pulldowns, bb row , db row hopefully then your strength will catch up to your weight and be able to do them easily.
This is slighly getting off the topic tho.
210ish right under 30%BF however i'm down from 222 39%
95 or so kilograms.
Do a lot of negatives, and pulldowns aren't a good substitute but they should help.
All the reason to do more. Try assisted pullups until you can do unassisted ones without problems. That is what I am doing now.
I can't do many pullups, but I can do some... and I'm 240ish right now
what takes care of the biceps in that routine?
Pull down do help. I could't do any pullups 4 months ago. I could get about 5 in now. I know that's not alot at all, but that the most I've done ever.
mostly the pullups, if you really care about your beach muscle (i know i do) just add preacher curls (or similar exercise). however u want to do them (i do 4 sets of 8 or something). and just be done with it.
if they have an assisted pull up machine use that. thats what i do
