    This is a good starter routine then, eh??

    What exactly does this "Squats-5x5(Do four progressively heavier sets of 5 with the 5th set being your 5RM.)" and this " Squats-warmup to a 3 reps with 5 more lbs than you used on Monday. On the following monday use this weight for your 5th set." mean though???

    ??? x 5
    ???+more x 5
    ???+even more x 5
    more x 5
    Your 5Rep Max x 5



    " Squats-warmup to a 3 reps with 5 more lbs than you used on Monday. On the following monday use this weight for your 5th set."

    do 3-5 warmup 5rep sets with increasing weight.
    on your last set you use 5lbs more than "Your 5rep max x 5 (from monday)"
    and use that weight as your new 5 RepMax
