Christmas Food Binge

    The last month has been really awesome, powered through a plateau and made some great gains. Christmas synched up with me taking a week off from the gym so I decided, for some irrational reason, to eat like a fat person. Now for the last year I've been pretty strict with the Sticky Diet. But it's still been my sticking point and I know I need to eat more meals and really have that shit regimented. 2010 I plan on doing it big time.

    So, for the week that I'm home, my mom goes apeshit cooking all sorts of awesome stuff.

    Banana break
    Sugar cookies
    Raspberry squares
    Apple pie
    cherry pie
    pumpkin pie

    Been eating toast for breakfast.

    No protein powder

    Still having chicken and tuna most days just because, but holy fuck. An easy 5 lbs of bad chub have been put on since last Saturday. I don't think i can keep eating like this until tuesday though. I thought I could do the Fat Person Diet, but I just can't. I want to be back in the gym with my boring meals. Fuck

    Its mostly water retention dude, enjoy the holidays and you'll be back to normal in a week when you hit the gym again

    Yah I figure a week of lifting like I was should get me right back and maybe even a little further. The Christmas gut will probably last a while though :mamoru:

    look, fat people eat like that every day. your not going to melt by having a christmas binge. i had two bowls of trifle and whipped cream for desert tonight. feels good man. i also had 3 eggs, a ton of roast turkey, some pasta salad, ceasar salad and some smoked salmon at dinner. if anything im going to power through my workout and shift this morning and most likely feel awesome, albeit with a bloat. really, dont worry about it
