Chris, what are prone rows?

    I asked in the other thread but didnt get any responses. I have looked on google and it is defined a few diff ways on different sites.

    Where you lay on a bench and row the bar up I think, although this typically requires use of a cambered bar.

    So you use the cambared bar so you can get more retraction? Can you do them w/ a normal bar on an elevated flat bench?

    *edit* I guess w/o a cambered bar DB's might be a better analog.
