Choosing the right exercises for a new routine

    When creating a new routine, how do you choose which exercises will be most effective? How many exercises should I include for each body part? How often do you change exercises?

    like he said.

    Train around these 4 exercizes with isolation exercizes.

    squats/deadlifts/bench/pullups

    squat, deadlift, dips, pullups, bench, OHP, rows....basically any compound movement is a winner
