    the choices:

    Kel Tec Sub 2000

why? it takes 9mm glock mags which would be interchangeable with my G34. It folds up, sweet backpack gun. Pretty cheap too, around $300.

    G26

why? my makarov is kind of heavy for as small as it is, and I wouldnt mind a new carry gun.

    Remington 870

why? I need/want a tacti-cool shotty. And if I ever need to kill someone, a shotty is the way to go.. no ballistic fingerprinting FTW

    870. shottys are cool, and every gun-owner should have one.

well what are your priorities and what do you like to do as far as shooting goes. Off of the top of my head I would have to say get the new carry, since that is the one gun you own that you will interact with the most, unless you are satisfied with the current carry and have a defensive weapon. Then I would say get the 870 because that is a good option for home defense a sure deal to hit whatever is in your house.

the G26 is probably the smart choice.. the Sub2k is probably the funnest choice.. and the shotty is the most cost-friendly choice.

I just sold my sub2000, I thought it was quite boring. A shotgun...meh. Saiga 12 can be tacticool, its hard to be when you have to pump, besides I'd rather have an ar15 for defense. The g26 sounds like the choice that will actually get used, plus you get the benefit of having a better round in your carry weapon.
