I'm supposed to take 25 MG of Chondroitin and 125 mg of Glucosamine a day for joint relief.

Should this be taken all at once or split up? It's a regiment 4 pills a day, and they also include kre-alkalyn, inosine, BCAA's, trib and b12...

Pretty low doses. Recommended is generally 1500 mg of glucosamine and 1200 mg of chondroitin from what I've seen, in divided doses.

    check out www.supplementwatch.com

My old exec chef used to have joint pain from lifting and all he did was up his water intake to just over 1.5 gal and it cleared up a lot of pain.

I've only seen the higher doses for arthritis sufferers, plus I'm taking with other supplements too...
